Service Description
Don't know your guest count but want to secure your date, lets get started with a $150 booking hold to secure your date until you talk to your chef about the details. Once your date is locked in, you’ll be connected directly with your chef to design a custom menu tailored specifically to you. Please send over the event details including: • Location • Type of celebration • Guest count • Any dietary restrictions Your chef will reach out promptly to finalize the menu and all event details. Once everything is confirmed, final payment will be due 7 days before the event. 💲 Pricing per guest ranges from $90–$200, depending on your chosen menu, ingredients, and budget preference. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be notified in writing to the concierge team at 3ten.cuisine@gmail.com a) Cancellation policy for diners: When the diner decides to cancel a reservation, the following scenarios may apply: Reservations canceled up to 30 days before the time of the reservation: the entire value of the reservation will be refunded* Reservations canceled between 8 and 29 days before the reservation: the diner can choose between receiving a 50% refund of the value of the reservation* OR rescheduling the reservation with the same chef within the following 90 days. Reservations canceled less than 14 business days before the scheduled date: no refund applies* Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process after the cancellation notice.
