Founded by Chef Melissa, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained culinary professional with over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, the business is powered by a talented team — including Sushi Chef Mariana and Sous Chef Emily, Melissa’s right hand in the kitchen and in operations.
Together, we bring a dynamic blend of classical technique, modern innovation, and personalized hospitality to every event. We specialize in personal Chef services that are fully customizable and tailored to each client. From elegant private dinners and group or individual cooking classes, to special event catering and meal prep, we bring the restaurant to you — whether in your home, Airbnb, or vacation rental.

Meet the Chef
Chef Melissa grew up in Los Angeles, California around a plethora of cuisines and flavors. Later she attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena to pursue a culinary career. She landed in the Coachella Valley with her wife and two daughters and now works as a private chef and caterer serving the Riverside and San Bernadino County areas.
